Shipping: All items will be shipped, with tracking from Sydney, Australia within 1-2 business days.
Please double check your shipping address and ensure the full name of recipient is correct at checkout to avoid your package being lost due to an incorrect address. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO A PO BOX.
Packaging: Originals or prints on paper are sealed in a clear cello bag and shipped in a rigid envelope or box with cardboard backing to ensure no bending. Artwork on canvas will be shipped in a cardboard box.
Gifts: If you are gifting something special, we are happy to send your purchase directly to the gift recipient. We can add a gift tag and write your message for you. Please leave special instructions for your message at checkout.
International Orders: All International orders are shipped express with tracking via Pack & Send Australia. Any import/customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellations: Any order cancellations must be received via email within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Exchanges: We are able to do exchanges, however shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
